This was a reaction to the wave of populism, big data and hysteria which floods our
social media channels and distorts rational thought and debate.
Although the concept for this piece was devised before the Coronavirus pandemic and relates to Trump, big business and climate change denial, it could also be interpreted as a metaphor for the mass hysteria, panic buying and xenophobia which has ensued across the world since it emerged.
